Scan or type a cert number
A barcode scanner works here directly — it types the number and submits. Archiving keeps the card and its values on file; nothing is deleted.

Scan a new batch
Just scan — each read is added on its own, no clicking between cards. PSA and CGC certs and TAG codes can be mixed in any order. Nothing is looked up until you press Submit.

Est. value is Card Ladder’s CL Value for that exact grader and grade — a modelled estimate, not a sale price. Last-3 avg averages the three most recent recorded sales of the same card in the same grader and grade; where fewer exist, the card is flagged. Spread is how far recent comps sit above or below the estimate — a wide spread usually signals a thin or moving market, so read it alongside the sale count. TAG slabs are not covered by Card Ladder, so they carry no estimate; their figure is the average of the last six TAG-graded sales recorded by PriceCharting, and it does count toward the portfolio total. PriceCharting matches listings by title rather than by cert, so a sale well outside the normal range is flagged — open the card and read the listing titles before trusting it. Card images load live from CGC, PSA and TAG, so they are never out of date; where a grader image is unavailable the card’s own Card Dealer Pro scan is shown. Valuations are a point-in-time snapshot from and do not refresh on their own.
